Each marker has their own marking layer that may be toggled. Markers layers are only available if the marker has left a comment on the students submission.

Here is a video that shows how to enable and disable the different marking layers.

  • Accessibility improvements

  • UI changes

What We’ve Been Working On

  • Bug Fixes

  • Internationalization (I18N) support

  • Accessibility improvements

  • Multiple Markers

I18N Support -  The few remaining languages we were waiting to receive back from our translations vendor are now included.  All of our supported languages are now included in the Beta.

Accessibility Improvements

  • Added additional aria labels and made aria labels clearer.

  • Improved navigation using tab key for NVDA screen reader.

  • Improved visibility of keyboard focus

Multiple Markers

  • The instructor’s initials will now appear on marks they leave on the paper.

  • Each instructor that leaves feedback on the paper will have their own mark layer in the Active Layers side panel. Instructors are able toggle each marker’s layer to control whose marks are displayed on the paper.

Coming Soon

  • For multiple markers, we are planning to not allow instructors to edit each other’s marks and to make an instructor’s marking layer the only layer enabled initially when opening a paper to grade. This will help support blind marking workflows.
