Submitting from an Apple App

Turnitin fully supports submission from Apple iCloud Drive, Pages, and Keynote via the share extension functionality. However, please note that there are some known prominent apps that are not supported, which include the following:

 

  • Apple Notes (add people area)
  • Apple Notes (share area)
  • Apple Photos

iCloud Drive

Submit from the Document Menu

 

1.  Select the documentinfo icon
 

 

2. Tap the up arrow/box share icon

3. Tap Submit to Turnitin

 

Submit from a Document

 

1. Select and open an iCloud document

2. Tap the up arrow/box share icon

3. Tap Submit to Turnitin

 

Pages

Submit from the Document Menu

 

1. Tap the up arrow/box share icon.

2. Tap Send a Copy.

 

 

3. Select the Pages document that you wish to submit.

 

 

4. When asked to Choose a format, select Pages, PDF, Word or ePub.

 

 

5. Tap Submit to

 

Submit from a Document


    1. Select the Pages document that you wish to submit.

 

 

2. Tap ... from the top right-hand corner of the document.

3. Tap Send a Copy.

 

 

4. When asked to Choose a format, select Pages, PDF, Word or ePub.

 

 

5. Tap Submit to Turnitin.

 

Keynote

Submit from the Document Menu

 

1. Tap the up arrow/box share icon.

2. Tap Send a Copy.

 

 

3. Select the Pages document that you wish to submit.

4. When asked to Choose a format, select Keynote, PDF or PowerPoint

 

 

 

Note: A Keynote file will only be accepted if the assignment is set to allow any file type. PDF and PowerPoint files are always accepted.

 

5. Tap Submit to Turnitin.

 

Submit from a Document

 

1. Open a presentation documentation.

2. Tap ... from the top right-hand corner of the document.

3. Tap Send a Copy.

 

 

4. When asked to Choose a format, select Keynote, PDF or PowerPoint

 

 

Note: A Keynote file will only be accepted if the assignment is set to allow any file type. PDF and PowerPoint files are always accepted.

 

5. Tap Submit to Turnitin.
