This guide helps students submit to a Turnitin assignment and view their report.
In this guide:
Accept the Turnitin EULA
You must accept the Turnitin End User License Agreement (EULA) before Turnitin can process your submission.
- On the Assignment submission page, read the Turnitin EULA message.
- Select Accept to continue.
You only need to accept the EULA once. You may be asked to accept it again if Turnitin updates the agreement.
If you don’t accept the EULA, your submission will not be sent to Turnitin.
Submit to your assignment
D2L provides guidance on how to submit an assignment to Feedback Studio.
- If you're attending high school, view D2L's K-12 guidance on submitting and managing assignments
- If you're attending higher education, view D2L's higher ed guidance on submitting and managing assignments
View report
Your instructor decides whether students can view Similarity reports when they set up the assignment.
Turnitin does not display AI Writing scores to students.
If your instructor allows report access, you can view your Turnitin Similarity report in D2L:
- Assignments > Submission History page
- Assignments > Assignment Feedback page
Each submission with a Turnitin report will display an icon or link to open your report.
