Bulk downloading original submissions or GradeMark Report files
- From the Moodle V2 submission inbox, use the checkboxes beside each submission to select the ones you would like to download in bulk.
- Select the Download dropdown located beside the search bar, and select the desired option.
- Selecting Original Files will initiate a download of a .zip file containing the originally submitted files.
- Selecting Selected GradeMark Files will open a modal letting you know your download is being prepared. You can select anywhere outside of this modal to close it and the download will proceed in the background.
The process of compiling files takes time. When the download is complete, you will receive a message in the Turnitin Messages Inbox.
In the message, you will find a download link to a .zip file containing the files you requested.
Alternatively, to download all available submissions, follow the directions below to export your original submissions.
Bulk exporting summaries or copies of current submissions
- In the Export column of the assignment table, there are three icons which indicate the different file types that can be downloaded.
- Selecting will download an .xls workbook that shows a list containing the following information about each submission: last name, first name, email, Turnitin user ID, submission title, paper ID and date uploaded.
- Selecting will download a .zip file containing .pdf files of all submissions. A modal will appear letting you know your download is being prepared. You can select anywhere outside of this modal to close it and the download will proceed in the background.
