You can download your report in PDF format for ease of viewing, printing, and sharing.

You can download your report in PDF format for ease of viewing, printing, and sharing. The downloaded report will include a snapshot of the current view of the submission you have open. You can tailor what is included in the downloaded report by changing which layers are currently visible.
The final page of the downloaded Similarity Report includes a list of the sources found in the submission. The sources are color-coded, and can be used to compare against the highlights in the rest of the document.
Similarity Reports can only be downloaded individually. There is currently no option to download Similarity Reports in bulk.
- After opening the submission you'd like to download the Similarity Report for, select the down arrow download icon from the Feedback Studio toolbar.
- Check which layers you currently have active. To download the Similarity Report, you must have the Similarity layer active.
Layers that are colored are active, and will be included in the Current View download. If you want to download the Similarity Report without QuickMarks or ETS feedback, for example, make sure to only activate the Similarity layer.
- Select Current View to start the download of your Similarity Report. The download will also include some extra information about the paper, including the submission date, submission ID, and word count.
- We'll now prepare the file for download. Large files may take a few minutes. Once the file has been processed, the download will start automatically.
Do not navigate away from the viewer while we prepare the file for download. Should you have to leave the page, you'll need to restart the download process.
Similarity • SimCheck
Share a PDF of the Similarity Report by selecting the Share button in the bottom corner of the report.
Printing the Report

Open the report you would like to print.

Select the Share menu from the bottom left-hand corner of the document viewer.

From this menu, select Print. This will open your browser's print option and allow you to send a PDF version of the report to connected printers.
Download the Report

Open the report you would like to download.

Select the Share menu from the bottom left-hand corner of the document viewer.

From this menu, select Download.

A notification will appear to let you know when your report is ready to download. Select Download PDF to download the report onto your device.
The PDF version of the Similarity Report
The PDF version of the Similarity Report contains three sections. The first section of the PDF Similarity Report is a breakdown of the Similarity Report information including upload details and Overall Similarity. This section is the first page of the PDF file.
The second section of the PDF Similarity Report contains the paper text in full with the similarity matches highlighted.
The third section of the PDF Similarity Report will be after the full paper text. It contains the Overall Similarity and then a breakdown of the top sources in the report.
Accounts with the new, enhanced Similarity Report enabled
The Similarity Report can be downloaded as a PDF file. Select the download icon at the top of the report and then select Similarity Report to download the PDF. The report will download directly to your device. A notification will appear to let you know when your report has downloaded.
From this menu you can also send the PDF to a connected printing device as well as download a copy of the original submission.

If you have an Originality Check account, you can also download a digital receipt from the new Similarity Report experience.
The PDF version of the Similarity Report
The PDF version of the Similarity Report contains three sections.
Cover Page
The first section is the Cover Page. This contains the title of the submission, the author name, and the Document Details of the submission. These details include:
- Submission ID
- Submission Date
- Download Date
- File Name
- File Size
It also contains a breakdown of the pages, words, and characters of the submission.
The page number refers to the amount of pages of the submission not including the Cover Page and the Integrity Overview.
Integrity Overview
The second section is the Integrity Overview. Split over multiple pages, the first page contains the overall similarity of the submission along with details of the match groups, a breakdown of the types of source making up the top sources, and any integrity flags found. The pages beyond that contain a list of all the top sources and the % of similarity found for them in the submission.
Submission
The rest of the PDF contains the submission. The similarity highlighting will be present on the submission text and can be cross referenced to the sources in the Integrity Overview section.
