Accessing the Rubric Manager

- Select the Launch Rubric Manager button at the top right.
By default, the rubric manager will display all of the rubrics and grading forms that you own. Beside the title of each rubric, you will see its type listed as a colored label for easy identification.
You can use the left side panel navigation to view Institutional Rubrics, which are rubrics created or shared by your institution, or Turnitin Rubrics, which are rubrics created by Turnitin. When you expand any of these sidebar categories, you can also view Starred rubrics belonging to that category.
While Institutional and Turnitin Rubrics cannot be edited directly, you can duplicate them and edit the duplicated content.
At the top right of the Rubric Manager, you can use the search bar to find a rubric belonging to any category.
Starring
Starring a rubric is a way you can visually mark a rubric as frequently used. In the left sidebar, you can select Starred to view a filtered view of only your starred rubrics.

Alternatively, you can select the options menu to the right of a rubric, and choose the Star option.

Locked rubrics
Once a rubric has been used to grade an assignment, it becomes locked. To check whether a rubric has been locked, open the rubric in the Rubric Manager. At the top right, you will see a lock icon to indicate that the rubric has been locked.
You can star, duplicate, download, and archive a locked rubric. Archiving the rubric is only available from the initial Rubric Manager screen.
