This guide is for instructors and students. It explains how to log in to Feedback Studio or Originality Check. You can log in manually or with SSO.

To begin using Turnitin, you must first log in. When you log in, Turnitin sets a cookie in your web browser to verify your access. Make sure your browser allows cookies from turnitin.com or turnitinuk.com.
If you just created a Turnitin account, you set your password during that process.
- Go to https://turnitin.com.
- At the top right select the Log In button.
- Select Log in as an instructor or student.
- Enter the email address and password associated with the user profile. Then, select the Log In button.
If you're a Turnitin administrator and didn't get a welcome email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure your email address was entered correctly. You can also ask your sales representative or top-level administrator to send the email again.
Logging in via SSO
Logging in via Google
To use Google sign in, the account administrator will first have to fill out a form to allow us to enable it for your domain. The form gives us the information we need to set things up securely for you.
- Go to https://turnitin.com (or https://turnitinuk.com if you are in the UK)

Select the Sign in with Google button.
- You'll be asked which Google account you'd like to authenticate with. Choose the one you use with Turnitin.

You'll be asked for permission to give Turnitin access to
View users on your domain. Google supplies some
extra information about what you are agreeing to. If you're happy
to proceed, use the Allow button.
You'll now be able to use the Google sign in option to access your account.
Logging in via Clever
To use Clever SSO, the Clever District Admin must first request access to the Turnitin Application from within your Clever portal.
Once set up, there are two ways you can log in to Turnitin using your Clever login credentials: on the Turnitin login page, or through your Clever portal.
Turnitin
- Go to https://turnitin.com (or https://turnitinuk.com if you are in the UK)

Select the Log in with Clever button.
- This will take you to your Clever login page. Enter your Clever credentials and select Log in.
- Once you have logged in via Clever, you will be redirected back to your Turnitin administrator homepage.
Clever
Once your Clever District Admin has set up Clever SSO with your Turnitin account, you can access Turnitin through your Clever portal.
- Log in to your Clever portal.

Select the Turnitin logo.
You will be taken to your Turnitin homepage.
Using Turnitin via an LMS?
Are you using Turnitin via a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.? If so, you will log in to Turnitin via this rather than https://turnitin.com.
If you are unsure which LMS your institution uses, or if you are using one at all, check with your instructor.
