Why is the login page changing?
We're introducing a new sign-in experience for native Turnitin users. Beginning with this release, you'll sign in through home.turnitin.com instead of the previous login page.
Who is affected?
This change applies to web-based Turnitin Feedback Studio and Originality Check users who access Turnitin directly through turnitin.com or turnitinuk.com.
If you access Turnitin through your institution's Learning Management System (LMS) or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or D2L Brightspace, this change does not affect how you sign in.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Continue using your existing Turnitin account credentials. Your username, password, and account remain the same.
Where do I sign in?
Sign in at home.turnitin.com. If you visit an older Turnitin login page, you'll automatically be redirected to the new sign-in experience.
What is changing?
With this update, you'll notice:
- A new login URL: home.turnitin.com
- A modernized sign-in experience
- Optional multi-factor authentication (MFA), if enabled by your institution
- An updated student self-enrollment process
Will my classes, submissions, or account information change?
No. Your classes, assignments, submissions, grades, and account information remain unchanged. This update only changes how you sign in to Turnitin.
Why is the student self-enrollment process changing?
We're replacing static enrollment credentials with 14-day enrollment keys to improve security and help prevent unauthorized access and misuse.
Enrollment keys automatically expire after 14 days, helping keep class enrollment secure while remaining easy for instructors to share with students.

What if I need help signing in?
If you're having trouble accessing your account, first try resetting your password. If you still can't sign in, contact your institution's administrator or Turnitin Support for assistance.
