Sharing rubrics and grading forms account-wide

Any rubric or grading form that an administrator creates can be shared with all instructors on an account. Sharing rubrics and grading forms to the account will enable other instructors to use those rubrics when grading submissions.

In the new grading and feedback experience

Instructors can find the shared set in their Institutional rubrics library. They can also duplicate the shared rubric, change any details as needed, and re-save the rubric.

Any rubrics or grading forms created in the new Rubric Manager will not be visible in the classic Rubric Manager.

How to access the new Rubric/Form Library

  1. Log in to the administrator workflow and select the applicable account from the account list page.
  2. Select Rubric/Form Library from the side navigation.
  3. Select the New Rubric/Form Library tab.

How to start sharing rubrics

  1. Navigate to the new Rubric/Form Library.
  2. From the Rubric Manager, select the three-dots options menu beside the rubric you would like to share out. Select Share from the menu.
  3. A confirmation modal will appear letting you know that this rubric will be shared with all account users. Select the Share button to continue. A toast message will appear at the bottom left of the page to let you know whether or not the action was successful.

How to stop sharing rubrics

  1. Navigate to the new Rubric/Form Library.
  2. Select Institutional Rubrics from the left sidebar.
  3. Identify the rubric you would like to stop sharing and select its three-dots options menu. Then, select Stop Sharing.
