Manage your administrator profile

This guide is for administrators who want to update their email address, password, or language settings.  

Any profile information changes that are made to your administrator profile will also be inherited by any instructor or student accounts that you have associated with the same email address.

To access your administrator profile:

  1. Log in to the administrator workflow.
  2. From the bottom of the side navigation, select your name (or whatever name is listed for the profile you are logged into).
  3. From the drop-down, select Edit profile.

From your administrator profile page, you can:

  • Edit your first and last name.
  • Update your email address. An email requiring confirmation will be sent to the updated email address. This needs to be actioned before the changes are applied to your account.
  • Request a password reset email to change your password.
  • Change the language for your profile. The language is set for your profile only, and does not affect any other users within your organization.
  • Review all your account permissions.
